KND Surveys Ltd has invested in high level technology equipment enabling us to produce an accurate monitoring of buildings with regard to verticality and precise level data collection.
The use of accurate remote measuring equipment enables us to collect data on building facades where access is difficult or where details on adjacent buildings outside of the client’s ownership is required.
When carrying out a verticality survey a drawing is produced showing the building elevation in outline. The observed grid points are positioned on the drawing and are annotated with the vertical deviations in millimetres.
In addition, a contour drawing is produced which shows a graphical representation of the anomalies of the building face.
