MEASURED BUILDING SURVEYS
KND Surveys have built an excellent reputation for providing detailed measure building surveys for over 35 years.
We are able to provide floor plans, elevations and sections at any scale and to varying levels of detail, as required. If our client has a specification in keeping with their own working practices, we are able to work to this.
Floor plans can be produced to any level of detail, from showing just basic structural information through to inclusion of services, fixtures and fittings.

Likewise, elevations can be produced to any level of detail, from showing just masonry openings through to detail elevations, showing pipework, vents, ductwork, lights and full window and door fenestration.

Building sections can be produced to different levels of detail. We produce ‘zero depth’ sections which show details along the agreed section position. Sections are also surveyed showing basic door/window positions in the back ground. If required, we also survey sections with full elevation details shown in the background.
